1. General Provisions

This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of free rhinestone stencils published on the website illustri.ru. The use of any stencil constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

2. Grant of Rights

The copyright holder is Sole Proprietor Maxim Alexandrovich Yakup (TIN: 381256177167, OGRNIP: 318385000104395).

The User is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to use the stencils subject to the following conditions:

• You may use the stencils for manual creation of products — both for personal purposes and for the subsequent sale of such products.
• You are not entitled to sell the stencils themselves (in either digital or printed form).
• The use of the stencils for automated (machine-based) rhinestone application is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions

• It is prohibited to distribute, publish, resell, or transfer the stencils to third parties in their original form.
• It is prohibited to use the stencils as a basis for commercial digital products (for example, as part of your own sets, catalogs, etc.).

4. Warranties and Liability

The stencils are provided "as is". Sole Proprietor M.A. Yakup makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the suitability of the stencils for any particular purpose, the accuracy of the templates, or their conformity with the User’s expectations.

Sole Proprietor M.A. Yakup shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the stencils.

5. Amendments

These terms may be amended at any time without prior notice. The current version of the Agreement is available on the website.
